Job summary

YWCA Central Massachusetts, Inc. in Worcester, MA seeks a Staff Clinician for the Domestic Violence Clinical Services program.

The role provides trauma-informed consultation, assessment, advocacy, and clinical guidance to support survivors of domestic violence and related trauma. Work closely with the Director of Domestic Violence and program staff to strengthen trauma-informed practices and coordinated referrals.

Qualifications

• Active MA LCSW license.
• Experience with diverse populations including communities of color, LGBTQIA+ and individuals with disabilities.
• Multilingual/multicultural preferred.
• 4 Year Degree required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed clinical consultation and short-term interventions.
• Lead clinical resource for the Domestic Violence Program with case support.
• Conduct clinical and risk assessments to support care planning.
• Advise advocates and staff on trauma, mental health, and coercive control.
• Coordinate referrals to behavioral health and community services.
• Maintain documentation, data tracking, and grant reporting.
• Collaborate with leadership to strengthen survivor-centered services.
• Offer community education and professional consultation on DV and trauma.
• Attend program meetings, trainings, and special projects.
