Job Summary:
The Staff Clinician serves as the clinical resource for the Domestic Violence Program, providing trauma-informed consultation, assessment, advocacy, and clinical guidance to support survivors of domestic violence, interpersonal violence, coercive control, and related trauma. Working closely with the Director of Domestic Violence and program staff, the Staff Clinician strengthens trauma-informed practices through case consultation, risk assessment, clinical recommendations, and coordinated referrals to community behavioral health and supportive services.
This position supports advocates, staff, and interns by providing clinical expertise, guidance on complex cases, and education that enhances survivor-centered services. The Staff Clinician also maintains clinical documentation, data tracking, and reporting requirements to support program outcomes and compliance.
