Job summary

YWCA Central Massachusetts in Worcester, MA seeks a Staff Clinician to serve as the clinical resource for the Domestic Violence Program. The role provides trauma-informed consultation, assessment, advocacy, and guidance to support survivors of domestic violence and related trauma.

You will collaborate with the Director and staff to strengthen trauma-informed practices, coordinate referrals to community behavioral health, and maintain documentation to support program outcomes and compliance.

Qualifications

Must maintain an active MA license (LCSW).
Experience serving diverse populations incl. color communities, LGBTQIA+ and disabilities.
Strong commitment to trauma-informed, survivor-centered care.

Responsibilities

Provide trauma-informed clinical consultation, assessment, advocacy, and limited short-term supportive interventions.
Serve as the lead clinical resource for the Domestic Violence Program with case support and guidance on complex needs.
Conduct clinical assessments, risk assessments, and recommendations for care planning and referrals.
Coordinate with behavioral health, psychiatry, and community services for referrals.
Maintain clinical documentation, data tracking, and reporting to support program outcomes.
