Call to Freedom in Sioux Falls is seeking a dedicated Marissa’s House Case Manager to help survivors rebuild their lives through trauma-informed advocacy and coordinated services. You will work directly with survivors, developing individualized plans, connecting them to housing, therapy, and community resources, and supporting goals toward independence, safety, and stability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
• Experience with trauma, violence, trafficking, or substance abuse preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and provide responsive case management.
• Conduct intake screenings and needs assessments prioritizing safety.
• Develop individualized case plans and connect clients to housing, therapy, and services.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and records.
• Support resident programming and transportation needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team.
• Participate in community awareness efforts.
