Job summary

Catholic Community Services is seeking a dedicated Case Manager in Seattle to engage clients, coordinate housing stability plans, and connect them with community resources. The role emphasizes harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and non-judgmental support for individuals facing housing instability.

You will document progress, advocate for clients, and collaborate with partners to overcome barriers, ensuring respectful, client-centered service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in social work or related field or equivalent experience required.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in housing, employment assistance, or related work preferred.
  • Knowledge of harm reduction and trauma-informed approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; capable of working with diverse populations.
  • Proficiency with client services database and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document housing stability plans with clients in the case management system.
  • Provide non-judgmental support and advocate for clients, including those with substance use or mental health needs.
  • Engage in de-escalation and safety interventions as required; support staff as needed.
  • Coordinate care and participate in meetings to maintain housing stability and services.
  • Assist clients with documentation, appointments, and housing transitions as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and participate in team meetings and trainings.
