Job summary

Fosterful is seeking a Home Program Manager to lead a licensed, trauma-informed 24/7 receiving home for children entering care. You’ll ensure DCYF contract compliance, staffing, safety, and cultural responsiveness in a hands-on, onsite leadership role.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed care, team supervision, and collaboration with DCYF, with a focus on safeguarding children and guiding transitions to long‑term placements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, early childhood education, child development, or a closely related field, plus one (1) year of qualifying experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a qualifying field plus two (2) years of qualifying experience; OR
• Associate's degree in a qualifying field plus three (3) years of qualifying experience; OR
• Four (4) years of qualifying experience with no degree required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DCYF contract compliance and 24/7 availability.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and supervise direct care staff with required training.
• Develop and maintain staff schedule for 24/7 coverage.
• Conduct 90-day and annual performance evaluations.
• Verify staff training and maintain training files.
• Oversee intake and placement coordination with DCYF and system partners.
• Manage budget, safety, and incident reporting; ensure program quality.
