Job summary

Fosterful seeks a dedicated Home Program Manager for its GRC Home Program, a licensed, trauma-informed receiving home for children entering care. The role requires onsite presence during business hours and after-hours accessibility, ensuring 24/7 staffing, safety, and culturally responsive care.

You will lead DCYF contract compliance, staff supervision, and trauma-informed programming, coordinating intake, transitions, and collaborations with DCYF regional staff to support each child’s healing

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work or related field with 1 year supervisory experience including trauma-informed care.
• DCYF contract knowledge or residential crisis setting experience preferred.
• Ability to coordinate staffing, training, and compliance activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure licensing and contract compliance.
• Recruit, onboard, supervise Direct Care staff and conduct evaluations.
• Maintain trauma-informed environment and supervise therapeutic programming.
• Manage intake, placement, transitions, and collaboration with DCYF.
• Oversee documentation, reporting, QA, and budget/safety management.
• Ensure staff safety, emergency planning, and adherence to policies.
