Job summary

Fosterful in Southwest Washington seeks a Behavioral Case Aide to provide trauma-informed support to foster youth and families. You will work closely with Placement Support Manager to implement individualized CSPs and promote safe, nurturing placements.

Responsibilities include direct service, transportation, documentation, and collaboration with caregivers and community partners. A strong commitment to child wellbeing and reliability is essential, with state DCYF pathways guiding eligibility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation
• Pass criminal and child welfare background checks
• Current First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Strong communication skills and cultural competency

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed direct support to youth in foster care; support placement stability and wellbeing
• Collaborate with foster parents to model supervision techniques and behavior management
• Transport youth to appointments and activities with proper documentation
• Review CSPs and maintain accurate case records, time tracking and reporting
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, trainings, and care coordination with Placement Support Manager
