Job summary

MissionHires is looking for a compassionate Placement Support Manager in Vancouver, WA, to support children and caregivers in the foster care system. You will develop customized care plans, provide hands-on support, and advocate for foster families while ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services and 5+ years of experience in childcare. The job requires effective communication skills, a valid Washington driver’s license, and the ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience with case management in a residential or medical setting.
• 5+ years of documented experience working with children and families.
• Demonstrated knowledge of child safety and development.

Responsibilities
