Job summary

BCFS Health and Human Services is seeking an Advocate to deliver trauma-informed, relational advocacy and case management to survivors. You will respond to crises, plan safety, document progress, and coordinate services across programs in alignment with guidelines.

The role requires after-hours/on-call coverage and regional travel, using a personal vehicle. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field of study.
• 2-3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse and neglect, or youth homelessness/addiction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors.
• Respond to crises immediately and perform safety planning.
• Document case progress and coordinate ongoing services per standards.
• Travel regionally and participate in on-call rotations and after-hours coverage.
