Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or related field.
• 2–3 years case management or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience working with victims of human trafficking, child abuse, or youth homelessness preferred.
• Must meet licensure/certification requirements and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma-informed advocacy and case management to survivors.
• Respond to crises, perform safety planning, and document cases per standards.
• Coordinate ongoing services with program partners and agencies.
• Attend after-hours and weekend crisis coverage as needed.
