Job summary

Compass Connections is seeking an Advocate to provide trauma‑informed, relational advocacy and case management for survivors, including immediate crisis response, safety planning, and ongoing service coordination. The role requires flexibility for after‑hours and weekend crisis coverage and regional travel.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field, plus 2–3 years of case management/crisis intervention experience, especially with victims of trafficking or child

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, sociology, or closely related field.
• 2–3 years case management and/or crisis intervention experience.
• Experience with victims of human trafficking, child abuse, neglect, or youth homelessness and/or addiction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide trauma‑informed advocacy and case management for survivors.
• Ensure immediate crisis response and safety planning; document progress toward goals.
• Coordinate ongoing services in alignment with program, state, and federal standards.
• Maintain 90‑minute crisis response timeframe and travel as required; on‑call rotations and after‑hours coverage.
