Stryker is seeking a Trauma Sales Representative in a field-based role to drive revenue and market share for Trauma products within assigned territories. You will deliver clinical and technical support during procedures and develop strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, and healthcare decision-makers.

The position requires an on-call schedule including nights, weekends and holidays, and involves travel to support cases and customers.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 4 years of experience in sales/clinical healthcare.
• Ability to participate in an on-call schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve revenue, case coverage, and market share objectives.
• Provide responsive clinical and technical support during trauma and orthopedic procedures, including urgent cases at night/weekends/holidays.
• Build and maintain relationships with orthopedic surgeons, OR staff, ED personnel, and healthcare decision-makers.
• Manage multiple priorities across scheduled cases, emergencies, inventory needs, and customer requests.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and educational programs to support adoption and proper utilization.
