Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years in medical device sales or related field.
• Associate degree or medical certification plus 5+ years in sales or clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and planning: identify and qualify surgeons and accounts and develop territory plans.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Drive product sales within assigned territory and leverage product knowledge in demonstrations.
• Build strong surgeon and hospital relationships to access key decision makers.
• Provide post-sale support and ensure proper product utilization and case coverage.
• Promote new products and strategic selling initiatives within the territory.
