Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to manage on-time dispatches, labor cost control, and product loss. You will help develop the daily operating plan, oversee equipment and driver schedules, and lead staff development initiatives.

Responsibilities include safeguarding a safe work environment, coordinating with HR for staffing, and possibly chairing safety and quality committees. Experience with SAP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires 3–4+ years related experience with some supervisory exposure; alternative 5+ years with supervisory exposure for HS diploma
• Preferred bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual performance goals are met (on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost, product loss and damage)
• Maintain safe working environment by executing company processes
• Develop daily operating plan including equipment maintenance and driver schedules to meet customer delivery needs
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff; may lead quality and safety committees
• Collaborate with HR to maintain appropriate staffing levels throughout the year
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Support background checks and drug screening processes as required
