Reyes Family of Businesses is seeking a Logistics Supervisor to oversee daily distribution operations, drive performance, and ensure safety and service levels. You will help shape schedules, coordinate equipment and drivers, and develop staff while partnering with HR to maintain appropriate staffing levels.

The role emphasizes leadership, problem solving, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet customer delivery needs across our network.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus several years in related role with supervisory exposure.
• HS diploma with extensive experience and supervisory exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advanced opportunities.

Position responsibilities:

• Ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage
• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• Other duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or High School Diploma with 5 plus years of specific experience and 1 to 2 plus years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree
