Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a capable operations supervisor to help meet daily dispatch and staffing goals. You will coordinate the daily operating plan, equipment maintenance, and driver schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs while promptly solving problems to maximize customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes developing supervisory and driver staff, potentially leading quality and safety committees, and partnering with HR to maintain staffing levels for a productive work

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3 to 4+ years of related experience and 0 to 1+ years supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1 to 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage
• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers
• Provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• Other duties as assigned

Education

Associate's degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience
