Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor in Enfield, CT to lead dispatch activities, manage labor costs, and ensure on-time deliveries to meet customer needs.

The role emphasizes safe operations, staff development, and collaboration with HR to maintain optimal staffing while driving performance metrics and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3-4+ years of related experience and 0-1+ years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1-2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• The Transportation Supervisor ensures annual performance goals are met, including on-time dispatches, off-load rate, labor cost and product loss and damage.
• You will ensure a safe working environment by executing company processes successfully.
• This role assists in developing the daily operating plan to include equipment maintenance and driver work schedules to meet or exceed our customers’ delivery needs as well as promptly solving problems to the maximum satisfaction of our customers.
• The Transportation Supervisor will provide development to supervisory and driver staff, and potentially lead various committees, such as quality and safety.
• Additionally, you will partner with human resources to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year in order to foster a work environment with maximized employee involvement
• Other duties as assigned
