Qualifications

• Associate's degree plus several years in related role with supervisory exposure.
• HS diploma with extensive experience and supervisory exposure.

• Meets annual performance goals including on-time dispatches and cost targets.
• Maintains safe working environment by following company processes.
• Develops daily operating plan covering equipment maintenance and driver schedules.
