Reyes Holdings is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to oversee overnight operations, ensuring on‑time dispatches and efficient driver scheduling. The role develops staff, leads quality and safety initiatives, and partners with HR to maintain staffing levels.

The position emphasizes safety, cost control, and meeting customer delivery needs while solving problems and maintaining high service levels.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3–4+ years of related experience and 0–1+ years of supervisory experience, or HS diploma with 5+ years of specific experience and 1–2+ years supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills required to manage drivers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Ensure annual performance goals for on‑time dispatches, utilization, and cost targets.
• Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing company processes.
• Develop daily operating plans including equipment maintenance and driver schedules.
• Lead supervisory and driver staff; possibly chair quality or safety committees.
• Partner with HR to ensure appropriate staffing levels throughout the year.
