Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking an Assistant Transportation Manager to lead Supervisors, Drivers, and Carriers to ensure timely delivery to our Distribution Centers. You will staff, train, and develop the team, while monitoring productivity and timekeeping.

You will manage delivery schedules, ensure regulatory compliance, and oversee transportation budgets and invoices. Collaboration with distribution centers on carrier meetings is essential, along with other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of related experience and 2+ years of management experience
• High School Diploma with 8+ years of related experience and 4+ years of management experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Leads Supervisors, Drivers, and Common Carriers to ensure on-time delivery to Distribution Centers
• Staffs, trains, evaluates, and develops team members; drives improvement activities and engagement
• Ensures adherence to delivery standards and regulatory requirements; manages drivers' schedules and hours
• Develops and manages transportation budget; reviews and approves transportation invoices
• Manages carrier relationships and conducts carrier meetings with distribution centers
• Other duties as assigned
