Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to lead the safety program within the TAS division. You will oversee safety compliance, deliver training, coordinate incident investigations, and drive corrective actions across operations and facilities.

Responsibilities include audits, cross-functional liaison, and presenting safety metrics to leadership. Requires strong analytics, regression into root cause, and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• OSHA/COSS COS certifications are a plus.
• Current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications are a plus.
• Meets driving requirements and background checks as per regulations.
• Minimum 3 years in transportation or safety management roles.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Workers' Comp and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders on TAS safety initiatives.
• Lead incident management: report, investigate, root cause, and actions.
• Conduct safety audits of fleet, facility, and operator workforce.
• Prepare safety findings and metrics for leadership and clients.
• Enforce TAS zero-tolerance drug/alcohol policy with proper actions.
• Travel up to 25% as required.
