Job summary

Transdev North America, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to drive transportation safety programs within the TAS division. You will coordinate with leadership, manage incidents, and lead audits across multiple sites to uphold regulatory compliance and safety performance.

Ideal candidates have a BS in a related field and 3+ years of safety management experience, with strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration skills. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in transportation safety, logistics or related field.
• 3+ years in transportation safety, safety compliance, or EH&S roles are highly preferred.
• Experience conducting incident investigations, root cause analysis and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal safety regulations (OSHA, Workers' Comp, etc.).
• Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders to ensure TAS safety initiatives.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions and training.
• Represent TAS safety in cross-functional inspections at client and TAS sites.
• Drive safety metrics reporting, trend analysis and continuous improvement actions.
