Job summary

Transdev is seeking a Safety & Security Manager to advance the safety culture across the TAS division. You will build and oversee Safety Management Systems, train staff, and standardize safety policies across national partners.

You will liaise with operations, compliance, and external vendors to ensure regulatory adherence and effective incident response. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree or related safety management experience, OSHA certification is a plus, and a track record in audits,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or substantial experience in safety management.
• OSHA certification or equivalent is preferred.
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Safety Management Systems scalable across national platforms.
• Design and lead safety training for frontline and management staff.
• Lead policy development and update safety/compliance policies cross-nationally.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA and state/federal requirements.
• Coordinate incident management, investigations, and reporting.
• Conduct safety audits of depots, offices, and fleets.
