Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within our Transportation organization and other business segments.

The recruiter will attract, source, interview, and hire talent across dispersed geographies, collaborating with TA operations, HR business partners, and hiring managers. The role requires strategic partnership with business leaders to develop proactive pipelines and recruiting strategies for CHS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition
• Experience sourcing passive candidates for high-volume roles
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and lifecycle

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent for seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings
• Support employment brand, diversity initiatives and programs
• Manage job postings, resume reviews, interviews, assessments and offers
• Source passive candidates using social media, job boards, and networks
• Advise candidates on benefits, salary, incentives, and CHS culture
• Provide sourcing support for other recruiters during blitz events
• Ensure positive candidate experience and timely communications
• Maintain updates to hiring managers and relationships with third-party agencies
• Attend local recruiting events as needed
• Use ATS and recruiting software to track applicants through onboarding
• Ensure accurate dispositioning of candidates in the ATS
• Support hard-to-fill roles including seasonal/exempt positions
• Comply with all CHS policies and procedures
