Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across our transportation organization and other business segments.

You will attract, source, interview and hire talent across a dispersed geography, collaborating with TA operations, HR business partners and hiring managers. The Experienced Recruiter will partner with business leaders to develop proactive talent pipelines and recruiting strategies, delivering an exceptional candidate experience

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources and/or Talent Acquisition.
• Significant knowledge sourcing passive candidates for high-volume roles.
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and leveraging technology for recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source talent for current openings across the organization.
• Support the employment brand, diversity initiatives, and programs.
• Manage job postings, resume reviews, interviews, assessments and offers.
• Use social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other channels to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Advise candidates on benefits, salary, incentives, and CHS culture.
• Provide sourcing support for other recruiters and participate in Sourcing Blitz events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communications.
• Maintain regular updates to hiring managers and support local recruiting events.
• Use ATS and recruiting software to track candidates from selection to onboarding.
• Coordinate with third-party recruitment agencies as needed.
• Ensure timely dispositioning in ATS.
• Support hard-to-fill roles including seasonal and exempt positions.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
