Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for high volume roles across our Transportation organization and other business segments.

You will attract, source, interview and hire talent across a dispersed geography, partnering with TA operations, HR business partners and hiring managers. You will develop proactive talent pipelines and recruiting strategies, manage relationships with hiring leaders, and participate in sourcing events to ensure a positive

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED is required.
At least 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

Identify and source talent for seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings.
Support employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs.
Assist full lifecycle recruiting including postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Build talent pipelines via social media, job boards, and internet sourcing.
Advise candidates on benefits, salary, and CHS culture.
Provide sourcing support for other recruiters and events.
Ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Maintain ATS data and collaborate with HR partners.
