Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles across our Transportation organization and other business segments.

You will attract, source, interview, and hire talent across a dispersed geography in collaboration with TA operations, HR business partners, and hiring managers. You will partner with business leaders to develop proactive pipelines and recruiting strategies, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely updates to hiring

Qualifications

• Experience with high-volume recruitment and full lifecycle hiring.
• Strong ability to source passive candidates and build pipelines.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings within the organization
• Supports the CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs
• Supports the recruitment process and lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, assessments and offer process
• Utilizes social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other recruiting channels to source passive candidates
• Advises potential candidates on salary and CHS culture
• Provides sourcing support for other Talent Acquisition Recruiters
• Focuses on positive candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Uses ATS and recruiting software to track applicants through onboarding
• Supports relationships with third party recruitment agencies as needed
• Ensure timely candidacy disposition in ATS
• Provide sourcing and recruiting support for hard-to-fill roles
• Complies with company policies and procedures
