Job summary

CHS, Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to drive full cycle recruiting for high volume roles across a dispersed geography. The role collaborates with TA operations, HR business partners, and hiring managers to develop proactive talent pipelines and recruiting strategies.

The ideal candidate will source, interview, and hire talent for seasonal, non-exempt and exempt openings, leveraging job postings, resume reviews, and assessments to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Significant knowledge and proven success sourcing passive candidates for high-volume positions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and how to leverage technology for recruitment.
• Pre-employment screening is based on the job requirements and industry guidelines and may or may not be required for the position.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and sources appropriate talent for current seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings within the organization.
• Supports the CHS employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs.
• Supports the recruitment process and lifecycle, including job postings, resume review, interviews, assessments and offer process.
• Utilizes social media, job boards, internet sourcing, and other channels to source passive candidates and build talent pipelines.
