Job summary

CHS Inc. is seeking an Experienced Recruiter to support full cycle recruiting for high-volume roles within our Transportation organization and other business segments.

You will attract, source, interview and hire talent across a dispersed geography in collaboration with TA operations, HR business partners and hiring managers. You will partner with leaders to develop proactive talent pipelines and recruiting strategies, provide a positive candidate experience, and ensure timely updates to hiring

Qualifications

• Identify and source talent for seasonal, non-exempt, and exempt openings.
• Support employment brand, diversity initiatives, and other programs.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle: postings, resume review, interviews, assessments and offers.
• Build talent pipelines via social media, job boards, and sourcing channels.
• Advise candidates on benefits, salary, incentives, and CHS culture.
• Provide sourcing support for other TA recruiters and events.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communications.
• Provide a positive hiring manager experience with regular updates.
• Participate in local recruiting events and career fairs.
• Use ATS and recruiting software to track applicants from selection to onboarding.
• Coordinate with third-party agencies as needed.
• Ensure timely dispositioning of candidates in ATS.
• Support hard-to-fill roles and compliance with requirements.

Responsibilities

• Sources passive candidates and builds pipelines as a daily practice.
• Advises candidates on benefits, salary, and CHS culture.
• Provides sourcing support for other Recruiters and events.
• Maintains positive candidate and hiring manager experiences.
• Represents CHS at local events and career fairs.
• Tracks applicants through ATS from selection to onboarding.
• Supports relationships with external agencies as needed.
• Ensures timely disposition of candidates in ATS.
• Assists with hard-to-fill roles and compliance.
