Job summary

Toole Design Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced transportation professional to lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice. This leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery, reporting to Engineering Director, with collaboration across Design and Planning Directors.

The ideal candidate has 15+ years in transportation engineering and multimodal planning, demonstrated team leadership, and business development

Qualifications

• Fifteen or more years of experience in transportation engineering and multimodal planning.
• Proven ability to lead integrated teams and large projects.
• Strong business development and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice strategy, growth, and financial health.
• Mentor engineers and planners, guide major projects.
• Drive business development and client relationships.
• Oversee quality control and collaboration across disciplines.
