Qualifications

• 15+ years in transportation engineering and multimodal planning.
• Proven leadership of integrated engineering and planning teams.
• Experience in business development and client relationship growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and practice planning toward annual growth targets.
• Oversee project delivery, staffing, and quality control.
• Mentor staff and guide technical direction across projects.
• Represent the firm with clients and lead major transportation projects.
