Toole Design Group is seeking an experienced transportation professional to lead our integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in the Los Angeles area. This firmwide leadership role combines practice leadership with active project delivery.

You will mentor a multidisciplinary team, shape the firm's technical direction, and stay engaged on major projects to strengthen client relationships and growth.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of transportation engineering and multimodal planning leadership.
• Proven success building and leading teams, programs, and practices.
• Experience in business development, proposals, and client relationships.
• Ability to develop and articulate a strategic vision for a transportation practice.
• Strong commitment to equity, safety, and sustainable mobility.

Responsabilités

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice.
