• Experience leading integrated teams across planning and engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and practice planning to meet annual growth targets.
• Guide the firm's technical direction and mentor engineers and planners.
• Lead major transportation planning and engineering projects as Principal-in-Charge or Project Director.
• Collaborate with local and corporate leadership to advance practice priorities.
