Job summary

Toole Design is seeking a seasoned transportation professional to lead its integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice in Columbus, OH. This senior role combines practice leadership with active project delivery as part of a nationwide office network.

The candidate should bring 15+ years of relevant experience, strong leadership, and a commitment to safe, equitable, and sustainable transportation design.

Qualifications

• PE license is preferred.
• PTOE and/or AICP credentials are a plus.
• Experience leading integrated teams on transportation projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integrated transportation engineering and multimodal planning practice.
• Lead business development and practice planning to support annual growth.
• Mentor and develop engineers and planners to grow the practice.
• Report to Engineering Director and collaborate with Design and Planning Directors.
• Advance training, innovation, and quality control within the team.
