• Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities
• Proven ability to lead integrated teams and deliver complex projects
• Experience in business development, proposal strategy, client development

Responsibilities

• Lead business development and practice planning in support of growth
• Mentor engineers and planners across multiple disciplines
• Shape technical direction and ensure high quality project delivery
• Manage staffing, workload, and quality control across the practice
• Collaborate with leadership to advance practice priorities and raise visibility
• Oversee major transportation projects from planning through delivery
