Job summary

You will plan routes, monitor performance, and maintain strong driver and customer relations, with coverage across day, night, and weekend shifts.

The role requires DOT compliance, fleet optimization, and collaboration with internal and external contacts to optimize operations and profitability.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in transportation/logistics, operations, or related field.
• Able to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends as needed.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with drivers, customers, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with drivers and safety teams to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with fleet optimization and profitability initiatives.
• Manage payroll, driver counseling, invoicing, and reporting.
• Assign loads, plan routes, monitor freight movement, and adjust ETAs as needed.
• Coordinate maintenance and safety compliance for account equipment.
