The role covers load assignment, routing, performance analysis, and administrative duties, including payroll and driver coaching, with day, night, and weekend shifts to meet demand.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and 2-3 years in transportation/logistics, admin, or related military experience.
• Ability to work across multiple shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong professional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Accurate analysis and decision-making with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety staff to reduce turnover.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with special fleet optimization projects.
• Train and orient drivers and internal staff on systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, KPIs, and prepare customer reports and financial analysis.
• Manage yard and equipment upkeep, coordinating maintenance.
• Plan routes, assign loads, monitor freight movement, and handle service issues.
• Ensure DOT compliance and safety requirements through ongoing training and reviews.
