You will assign loads, monitor routing, and maintain DOT compliance while delivering top-tier customer service. You will lead driver training, handle performance coaching, manage payroll and administrative tasks, and coordinate with maintenance to keep equipment dependable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive professional relationships with drivers and safety to minimize turnover and maximize ongoing productivity.
• Fill in for absent or unavailable personnel and on special projects related to optimizing fleet operations and profitability.
• Conduct analysis of fleet operations and profitability and present customer-specific reporting and financial analysis.
• Manage payroll, driver counseling, and filing/ documenting responsibilities.
• Coordinate maintenance to ensure preventative services and safety issues are addressed.
• Plan, route, and monitor freight movement to meet customer requirements and adjust ETAs as needed.
• Maintain safety culture with daily messages and trainings.
