Job summary

NFI Industries is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to coordinate the dedicated fleet and maximize driver and equipment utilization while meeting customer expectations. You will direct dispatch operations, monitor reporting, and work with management to improve performance.

The role requires supervisory experience in a transportation environment, familiarity with TMW/PeopleNet, and strong communication skills to manage a diverse team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or 1-5 years of supervisory experience.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with TMW and PeopleNet preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provides day-to-day supervision to staff including coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Manages driver scheduling process and payroll data.
• Coordinates load completions and data entry into TMW.
• Coordinates with managers on customer invoicing and reconciles invoices.
• Ensures equipment is utilized efficiently.
• Coordinates maintenance of equipment with management and fleet.
• Drafts and submits daily end-of-shift reports.
• Makes recommendations to management on operations improvements.
