Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5+ years' experience in supply chain.
• Experience with TMW preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to become certified in OSHA/DOT/HAZMAT as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of facilities and staff including managers, supervisors, coordinators, clerks, spotters, and drivers.
• Interact with customers on an ongoing basis regarding reviews and improvement.
• Develop and manage a strategic plan for the project including requirements and resources.
• Plan long-term labor needs based on sales and forecasts.
• Oversee asset management, logistics, compliance, and cost efficiency.
• Ensure on-time pickup/delivery to meet customer standards.
• Audit internal and external SOPs for compliance.
• Grow revenue with dedicated and non-dedicated customers.
• Lead safety initiatives and maintain equipment and maintenance with vendors.
