Penske Logistics is seeking a proven Operations Supervisor to lead drivers and hourly staff at a single location. You will oversee daily tasks, deliveries, loading/unloading, and customer service in alignment with company goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership qualities with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with associates and customers.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; active listening is required.
• Ability to drive process improvement and lead change.
• Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.
• Lead daily operations including scheduling, dispatch, and safety compliance.
• Manage performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in hiring, training, and customer meetings as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement and correct exception handling across shifts.
• Maintain records and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
