Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise drivers and hourly staff to meet customer requirements and Penske goals.
• Lead daily operations including scheduling, dispatch, and safety compliance.
• Manage performance, provide coaching, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Participate in hiring, training, and customer meetings as necessary.
• Drive continuous improvement and correct exception handling across shifts.
• Maintain records and ensure proper documentation and reporting.
