• 2-4 years related functional experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel and meet the schedule.

Aufgaben

• Communicate performance standards, interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Monitor attendance, productivity and performance; provide counseling or recognition.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, dispatch and documentation.
• Evaluate changes to methods to increase dispatch/warehouse productivity; assist in training.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and minimize overtime; manage hours to meet targets.
