The position emphasizes coaching, performance management, safety compliance, and continuous improvement, with a shift from Monday to Friday 3:30 pm – 1:30 am and involvement in hiring and training activities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight loading/unloading, dispatch and documentation control.
• Conduct team meetings and communicate performance expectations.
• Evaluate and adjust methods to improve dispatch productivity; assist in training new associates.
• Provide relief coverage for operational duties when staff are absent.
• Maintain knowledge of site operating systems to ensure compliance and correct exceptions.
• Complete records and reports accurately and timely.
