Job summary

Greco Wisconsin, part of Bellissimo Distribution, is hiring a Transportation Supervisor to support the transportation manager in overseeing delivery operations, safety, and regulatory compliance.

The role involves training staff, ensuring DOT and OSHA compliance, managing schedules and budgets, and coordinating with warehouses and customer service to resolve delivery issues. A background in logistics and knowledge of FMCSA regulations are essential; CDL is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• 2–4 years transportation experience or training.
• Class A CDL preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT rules.
• English reading/writing/speaking required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily transportation operations and safety.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA and other regulations.
• Manage labor hours, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and customer service teams to resolve issues.
• Train and develop transportation staff and cross-train as needed.
• Maintain accurate electronic logs and data reporting.
