Job summary

Performance Food Group in Milwaukee is seeking a Transportation Supervisor to supervise and train drivers, manage staffing, coach performance, and ensure all DOT regulations are followed while delivering in a safe, timely manner. Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in transportation or related field with knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Supervisory experience preferred; CDL may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises drivers, including staffing, training, coaching and performance management.
• Assists in scheduling and ensures deliveries and pickups are timely.
• Monitors DOT logs and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Maintains vehicle and equipment readiness and safety practices.
• Coordinates driver payroll review and trip/log data as needed.
• Supports routing optimization to minimize costs and improve efficiency.
