Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist for our Transportation & Infrastructure team to coordinate pursuits, prepare proposals, LOIs, qualifications, and presentations. You will produce marketing collateral and support business development with staff across marketing, technical, and administrative groups.

The ideal candidate thrives in the AEC industry, excels at organization and communication, and can work under deadlines with a client-first attitude.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a proposal specialist/coordinator.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience with proposal development in the AEC industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in kickoff meetings, proposal task scheduling, review, production, and delivery activities.
• Coordinate with internal and external contacts to gather requested information and materials.
• Track proposal efforts and ensure milestones are met.
• Assist in writing marketing and technical content.
• Proofread to ensure continuity and compliance with specifications.
• Support presentation development, rehearsals, materials, and logistics.
• Maintain and populate detailed data in Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Assist in marketing activities to support pursuit, client, and business plan objectives.
• Carry out other programs and projects as identified.
