Job summary

GAI Consultants Inc. is seeking a Marketing Specialist to coordinate pursuit processes, LOIs, qualifications, and presentations while producing marketing collateral and supporting business-development goals with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in proposal coordination within the AEC sector, strong communication, organization, and attention to detail, and is willing to travel to surrounding states as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a proposal specialist/coordinator in the AEC industry preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree with a focus in business, marketing, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pursuit process, LOIs, qualifications, and presentations.
• Produce marketing collateral and support business-development goals.
• Maintain and populate data in Deltek Vantagepoint database.
• Assist in drafting and proofreading marketing and technical content.
• Support presentation development, rehearsals, materials, and logistics.
