Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive driver relationships to minimize turnover and maximize productivity.
• Fill in for absent personnel and assist with special projects to optimize fleet operations.
• Train and orient drivers and staff on internal and customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations and profitability, and present KPI reports and financial analyses.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance equipment across markets.
• Handle payroll, driver counseling, incident reviews, documentation, and invoicing.
• Coordinate yard maintenance and preventative services with maintenance teams.
• Resolve service issues with drivers, customers, and company staff.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure DOT compliance and company safety standards.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight movement to meet customer requirements.
