Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2–3 years in transportation/logistics or related field.
• Strong professional communication skills applied internally and externally.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships.
• Experience in delivering on commitments and handling feedback for improvement.
• Ability to analyze situations and make informed decisions; strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across shifts, including nights/weekends if needed.
• Willingness to travel to account and customer locations as required.
• Experience holding people accountable and managing performance under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with drivers and safety teams.
• Fill in for absent personnel and support special projects.
• Train and orient drivers and staff; assist with customer systems.
• Analyze fleet operations, KPIs, and profitability; prepare reporting.
• Manage inventory, assets, and driver assignments to balance capacity.
• Handle payroll, driver counseling, and administrative tasks.
• Oversee yard operations and coordinate maintenance for safe equipment.
• Resolve service issues with drivers, customers, and internal teams.
• Uphold safety culture and ensure DOT compliance across locations.
• Plan loads, routes, and monitor freight for on-time delivery.
